Dunamis Hostel (Timor Leste) Campaign For Methodist Welfare Services

Rev See Swee Fang, an ex-pastor of Faith, and her husband oversee the Dunamis Hostel ministry in Timor-Leste. All hostelites (residents) leave their farming families in the rural mountains of Emera to study in the local university, or seek internship opportunities in the capital, Dili. On 23 October 2021, thirteen hostelites will run 40km to raise $3,000 for the Methodist Welfare Services (MWS). They have been blessed through the Methodist Mission Society (MMS), Singapore.

Participating in MWS Empowerun is their way of sharing God’s blessings with others. Our hostelites are grateful to God and desire to live their lives giving glory to God. They seek your empowerment to raise $3,000 in the MWS Empowerun – partner with them by giving generously as the hostelites run each step to give glory to God and be a blessing to those in need! Click here to donate and be a part of this cause.

MWS Empowerun is organised to commemorate MWS’ 40th Anniversary of empowering the lives of disadvantaged and distressed. You are encouraged to rally your social networks to support your efforts by donating to various fundraising campaigns! Find out more details or sign up at mws.sg/empowerun.
