This FaithCARE Talk teaches basic counselling microskills such as active listening, empathic understanding, paraphrasing, reflection of feelings, and questioning techniques. These skills are useful not just for people showing care on a professional level, but also individuals relating to others on a personal basis, especially those in distress. Join this talk and learn how to better communicate with people in need of your care!
