In our attempt to know God, it is impossible to do so without first knowing ourselves. Christians have been accustomed to the thinking that denying ourselves means dismissing our own thoughts, feelings, and desires. But the truth is, we can’t be spiritually mature while remaining emotionally immature. Saint Augustine said in 400 A.D., “How can you draw close to God when you are far from your own self?” As Paul writes, we must learn how to put off our false self and put on our new self in Christ. (Eph. 4:22). How can we do that? Join us on this journey that will move us from shallow Christianity to depth in Christ through the Emotionally Healthy Spirituality.

Emotionally Healthy Spirituality Course could be the first step that launches you into a transformative spirituality with God and will equip you with tools to develop a deep interior life with Christ.

The Emotionally Healthy Spirituality Course:
• directly addresses the reality that emotional maturity and spiritual maturity are inseparable. It is not possible to be spiritually mature while remaining emotionally immature.
• equips people to develop a personal, first-hand relationship with Jesus by incorporating stillness, silence and Scripture as daily life rhythms.

The EH Spirituality Course moves people through 8 powerful life changing sessions.

Why the EH Spirituality Course?

• An estimated 85% of Christians are stuck in their relationship with Christ
• Only 1% of church leaders say that the church is doing well in discipling new and young Christians
• Only 20% of church-goers participate in any type of discipleship activity
• Only 1 in 4 Christians study the Bible to find God’s will for their lives
• Only people deeply changed by Jesus will have a powerful, long-term impact in the world
